F-Zero: Seppuku - Lt. Seppuku (RPG/Tales)

Well, of course, what would an F-Zero: Seppuku RPG be without... Lieutenant Seppuku.

20 years had passed with Seppuku's leaving. It was within those years that Mute City rebuilt, Chiya Flower became Chiya Bendek, Clover Bendek came to be, and the Lower Federation had been erected into the universe. All throughout these events, the then weak Seppuku struggled within the uncolonized and uncharted jungles of Green Plant. Surviving off of the Falcon Flyer's emergency food supply and trade with a Green Planter native tribe, the Man of Darkness went year by year trying to regain his lost power--but to no avail. His next best idea was to return home and retrieve his powers back from Chiya. Alas, he was disappointed to find 20 years later that his energy had been consumed by Chiya's Red Dove transformation. At a loss, now in his mid sixties, Seppuku had one place left to go--Fiona Flower.

Living a peaceful life beside an elderly Fiona is the farthest thing from his original aspiration to become a mercenary band leader, but he is not depressed about it either. Beer, TV, food, a caring woman in his life (though he claims the relationship with Fiona is only friendly), and a striving Chiya Bendek--Seppuku has nothing left to lose but wait for his expiration date. Given that he is, essentially, Fiona's second husband; Seppuku has also had several encounters with Michael Chain--a recurring visitor. Surprisingly, Seppuku left the past behind him and accepted Chain under 'cordial' relations. Along with Chain; Abigail, Azhul, Clover, Lynn, and most important to him--Chiya, are recurring visitors at the homestead. Though he is kindly biased toward the daughter he never wanted, Seppuku holds positive feelings for the entire Flower/Bendek family. Of all the family members, it is Clover and Lynn that Seppuku tends to have interest in--specifically because they are 'virgins' (in the sense that they have yet to taste war of any kind) and wishes to 'enlighten' the two.

Though he remains a great shooter, he possesses somewhat of a weak body. Either way, he still manages to install fear into just about any person with a mere glance. Though the lieutenant still has juice in him, he has practically retired from the vigilante life and went from sitting at a desk all day, to sitting on the sofa; gorging himself with beer and television.

In the RPG, Seppuku is set to be a quest giver (the very first, too) and serve a variety of roles--one of which likely includes being a party member.
