Description
Years before Lieutenant Seppuku met Chiya and Earl, he worked as a Lieutenant in the Galactic Federation--renowned for his unorthodox methods of crime fighting. Seppuku's team was comprised of: Jody Summer, Dr. Stewart, Dr. Clash, and John Tanaka.
Seppuku considered Stewart and Summer as his best friends--specifically Jody Summer; having high admiration for her. He felt that she was the only one who could silence him, never backing down or becoming intimidated by Seppuku. The team would commonly go bowling together and assist each other in the Grand Prix--except for Seppuku, who had not turned the Red Dove into a racing machine at the time.
Seppuku commonly bent the rules and defied Jody's orders, usually self-serving in some way during missions. One of the most notable occurances was when he stole evidence from an illegal black market--taking a massive cannon-like sniper rifle with him. The idea to expel Seppuku from the Federation took place when Jody called up a secret meeting, all members opposed his exiling except for Jody--though she did so anyways.
With Seppuku kicked out of the Federation, he grew a distaste for Jody, finding her too soft and corrupt. A year after being fired, he modified his machine and turned it competition worthy--he obtained his F-Zero pilot's license and entered the Grand Prix, determined to defeat her on the track.
Seppuku later met Earl Bendek and created a vigilante group to fill his lust for crime fighting as a team--and later added Chiya Flower to the team as well. In the modern day of his organization, Jody Summer is looked at as a friendly rival--jumping from ally to enemy quite frequently.
Chiya Flower believes that Seppuku is in love with Jody.
